Week Four Wrap Up and Intro to Week Five: Budgeting

As we wrap up Routines, I hope you all have had a more peaceful week. While our Mission Statements are our foundation, helping us to stay focused on God, our routines can be our stability in our days. The two working together can create such a harmony and can bring a family together on projects and daily life! I hope these posts continue to encourage you ladies.

Budgets are our next focus in our challenge. I find having a budget that everyone understands and is a part of brings peace to a home. God tells us that we need to keep records

Be sure you know the condition of your flocks,
    give careful attention to your herds;
24 for riches do not endure forever,
    and a crown is not secure for all generations.
25 When the hay is removed and new growth appears
    and the grass from the hills is gathered in,
26 the lambs will provide you with clothing,
    and the goats with the price of a field.
27 You will have plenty of goats’ milk to feed your family
    and to nourish your female servants.

Proverbs 27:23-27

This week, we'll look at how to create a simple and basic budget, ideas for saving, and how to make it work for your family. Be encouraged ladies! You are all doing amazing jobs in your homes and are incredible women of God <3

Blessings,

Audrey
